For over 40 years, the Byron Community Centre has played a key role in establishing and hosting a range of projects, services and events for locals and visitors in Byron Bay. The Centre is an independent grassroots not-for-profit organisation, entirely self-funded through donations, income and project grants. These funds are used to support vulnerable people with services such as meals, advocacy and counselling, as well as a range of arts and social programs for the benefit of the whole community.
